importance of a great rest!!!
We
all need a rest.
We
all need a good night sleep.
We
cannot work all the time.
Sleep
is a major part of our life.
Our
body needs a rest.
Our
brain needs a rest.
Do
you feel when you really need a rest and a great night sleep?
When
you are tired and shattered and exhausted and worried and stressful.
When
your head falls down on the pillow, ready to have a long night sleep!
When
you are so tired emotionally.
When
you are so tired physically.
When
you are so tired you can not move.
When
you are so tired you can not think.
When
you are so tired you can not speak.
When
you are so tired you can not argue.
Do
you recall your last sleep when you slept soundly all night long?
Or
have you been awake for the most part of the day?
Are
you having nightmares?
Or
are you having sweet dreams?
Are
you sleeping alone?
Or
is there a person sleeping next to you?
We
have been even sleeping in a room that is totally and absolutely
dark.
You
have even been listening to some Cds with meditation.
Or
you can listen to anything that your ears fancy!
Or
no sound at all!!
What
else would you add to this?
Do
you love sleeping?
How
much hours do you usually sleep during the night?
What
if you do not get your sleeping hours for your 'beauty sleep'?
Can
you sleep with children?
Or
are they taking too much space?
Or
you sleeping in a same room or would you say it would be better for
all to have different rooms for each one?
I
love to sleep, a lot.
Not
every night is full of dreams and great sleep, though.
Yet,
I am striving at achieving it!!
