Manners

Manners

What are some examples of bad manners on the bus?
What are some examples of good manners on the subway?
What are some examples of bad manners that you HATE?
Do you think people are more polite or less polite now than in the past?
Do you know someone who is often rude?
Can you think of some examples of how manners have changed in your country?
How are manners different in other countries?
How important is it to be polite to older people even though they are often rude?
What is something that isn’t considered rude but should be?
When someone is rude in a public place, do you say something or try to ignore the person?

Would you say you are a polite person?
Would you say you are a kind person?
Would you say you are a rude person?

Manners are important.
Children need to be taught good manners.
Some adults do also need to be taught good manners.

In a company or in a society we live together, we sort of need to find ways to co-operatively live together! There are so many opinions as there are people out there. Manners can still stay the same, of course, depening on the culture you were brought up in!

And yet, we also still need to find ways in a company or a society where some rude people live, too!
I do not mean 'rude' in a childish way. We DO need square pegs for the round holes!! For the ones who can always entertain us, no matter what! For the ones who can bring smiles to children, and all people around!
But I do mean those who are disrespectful, who do not know who to be tolerant and patient and appreciative and grateful and thankful, and how are not friends with good manners, at all! Those people who deliberately make other people's lives unnecessary difficult and sad and boring, etc.

Do you know any of the above mentioned people?
The ones who are there for you, who are clean people, humble in their ways and happy-go-lucky sort of ones?
And then, the opposite group?

Something to stop by and think about!

Thank you for reading and your time!!!!!!!!
