We all need to work, we all need a job to be able to live in our town, to go on holidays, to eat healthy food, to enjoy all that our city has on offer, and, not last, we all need to pay the bills!

I have had many jobs so far.

I have also worked abroad for many years.

And I have for the most part been able to arrange my work commitments myself, without a need of having a boss.

Can you imagine being in a company, having the same position, or at least, changing it slightly, for many years so far and also for many years to yet come? In the past, that was a norm. Nowdays, people can move on if they are not happy with and in their current work position, they can move around quite freely.

They can even decide on whether to work abroad, at home, in the town/city, or in a village. All these options have their own advantages and disadvantages, of course! Depending on one's own preferability and chocen preferences, and choices to pick the right one for them.

Women on a maternity leave can still choose to work from home.

Fathers can even stay at home if they want to to look after their babies and small children, if they women and wives have choses to pursue their careers. It is all up to them and none of the decisions are either wrong or anything like that!!
