Are
you a mind with a body or a body with a mind?
We
have all heard about the mind-body connection.
The
connection of the body with the mind.
And
the connection of the mind with the body.
Some
might not even believe there is such a connection.
I
personally belong to the other group that feels there is a strong
connection between the body and the mind.
Perhaps
when we do not feel good from inside, this can also appear on our
bodies, in either good or not such a good way!
And
when we are sick and ill, we cannot simply concentrate on the things
as easily as we would like to!
Would
you be able to tell an example of this working for you?
Or,
could you tell us about the example not working for you?
In
both cases, what do you usually do when you feel the way you feel?
When
you are stressed out, you can go outside and exercise and you would
feel better, straight away!
When
your body aches and hurts, you can take and have a rest, you can go
to sleep, you can drink a plenty of water and sooner, rather than
later, you would feel great again!
Even
thinking about something so deep, for so long, with such an intensity
that this can turn into a real thing, someday, soon!
We
can envision things that can happen to us, good things that we want
and we desire and we dream about!
Have
you ever had such an experience yourself?
How
much of the thinking you actually put into it?
Would
you say that it was just a coincidence?
Would
you believe it was you who made it happen?
Perhaps,
before we go to bed at night, or, just very early in the morning we
could just visualize how our day should go on our own terms, and for
the dreams to come true, we can picture what we would like and want
and desire to dream about at that night, with a long sleep!
There
is nothing to lose, and a lot to gain, so why wait, and why not do it
