BUTTERFLY EFFECT

BUTTERFLY EFFECT

We teach the best that we ourselves must learn the most!!

We are the warriors on our journey called LIFE.

There is a theory, called Butterfly Effect, which is based on the idea, used in chaos theory, that a very small difference in the initial state of a physical system can make a significant difference to the state at some later time.

From the theory that a butterfly flapping its wings in one part of the world might ultimately cause a hurricane in another part of the world.

Sowing a Seed in Your Time of Need
Tell People What They Can Become

The way to get what you want is by giving away what you need!!

Every action you take has a consequence. The outcome. The result. Whatever minor or major ones.

Karma.

Every step we take leads us somewhere. We can take the train or we can walk. We can have/take another bite now or we can postpone it for a little later. We can say YES or we can say NO. You can go or you can stay. You can tell the truth or you can … (you know what?!). You can love or you can hate/envy. You can go on a date or you can stay at home. You can be happy or you can be sad. You can get some help or you can all do it on your own yourself. You can kiss or you can blow them a kiss goodbye! You can go and fast asleep or you can continue on working. You can give or you can take. You can smile or you can frown. You can laugh or you can cry. You can make babies or you can adopt them. You can pull or you can push. We can go out and exercise or we can have a little lie down in front of the TV set. We can eat or we can fast. We can cook or we can go raw.

There are endless options/routes for us to choose from. Literally. Pick wisely. Guide and guard your thoughts.

Be open to all possibilities and be flexible in your approaches.

Trust.

And Love.

And Give.

And Breathe.

Be Grateful.

And Smile.

Be Happy Now.

THANK YOU FOR BEING AND PLAYING A PART IN MY BLOG!!(-: J

On becoming Your Very Own COACH

On becoming Your Very Own COACH

Hey, look up(!), we are NOT ants somewhere down there walking on the ground!

Funny how sometime people have an interesting way of walking: looking down onto the ground (I am just wondering: what is there that amazing to take a look at? I mean I get it. I really do!)

We are our best (or worst!) teachers to ourselves!

Are you helping yourself or are you against yourself?

Have you been your best friend or your worst, greatest enemy?

What would you do if you knew what to do? Make sense, right? :~)

Even though it may seem at times as if we do not know what to do, what to say and to whom, where to go, which route to take, what to decide, what to leave it, what to make out of it, when to keep quiet, when to stand up for ourselves, if and when to do something for others, etc. etc....

How do you go about solving it?

You have dreams and ambitions in your life that you want to achieve and go for. And still it may seem ‘impossible’ to pursue them. How come??

How about stepping into someone else’s shoes for a change? How does that sound to you?

What do I mean by that?

Imagine you have a friend who is having some difficulties with his/her life at the moment. What would you advice her/him? What would you suggest? What would you recommend? What steps would you take her/him through? What decisions would you make her/him to make? What advice would you provide? What would you be most helpful to her/him with? Would you take her/him somewhere? Perhaps to meet someone, to see someone, to talk to someone, to watch someone, to listen/hear someone talk and speak? Would you be a companion, a friend who comes along OR would you leave it up to him/her?

Those are all options definitely worth considering, going through and weighting if they could work and be put to use! No time to be wasted, no minutes to spare! Hurry up!

So now here is the fun part! J Could you be THAT BEST FRIEND/COACH TO YOURSELF???

Well, of course, you could!!

Well, then go do it!

I may hear you say: Easily said than done!

I get that point!

But IT REALLY IS THAT EASY!!

Unless...

… you choose otherwise!

If you think it is easy to do it = it is going to ‘feel’ easy to do it!

In the opposite case...

If you think it is not easy to do it = it is going to ‘feel’ like pain! Yes, I said it – like PAIN!

Or something like that! More or less anyway!

How would you handle the situation? How would you cope with the ‘problem’?
What solution would you come up with? How would you resolve it all to achieve the best possible outcome? What help would you offer? What advice would you give and provide your best friend with?

Would you take her/his hand, hold it and show him/her the right way to go? Show him/her and lead him/her to choose the right path?

OKay.

Now do it to and for YOURSELF!!!

J Best of Luck

Please, leave a comment/feedback. Much looking forward to it!! (-:

MIND OVER MATTER

MIND OVER MATTER

Have you experienced it before? Have you heard that one before?
Well, before you answer, let me help you out a bit here: Yes, you have!

Everything starts in the mind.

·         Where one doors shuts, another opens.

·         The Brain does not recognize the difference between a reality and the imaginary feeling!!

·         The power of imagination is limitless.

·         This or something better; this or something more!

I recently (yesterday) took part in an event that opened my eyes.

·         Action speaks louder than words

·         Become an unreasonable person

·         Be PROACTIVE

·         What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail??

I am sure you have heard about the sugar pill (placebo) that shows exactly MIND/MATTER in its best.

The little voice in your head that chatters away could be your best friend or your worst enemy if you decide to!

We have in our power to become whoever we choose to be! I, you, all of us included!!!!!!! J

Thank you for reading my blog!!

Oh, the places you will go - Learning Experiences

Oh, the places you will go - Learning Experiences

Anyone who knows me knows I'm unstoppable and definitely unbreakable. And once I put my mind to something, you'd better watch out! J

§  I like thinking big. If I am going to be thinking anything, I may as well THINK IT BIG !!

§  Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed on an equal or greater benefit.

§  A life spent making mistakes is not only more honourable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.

§  The greater the challenge, the greater the learning!

Learning Experiences:

Ø  Meeting my Soul Mate Love

Ø My travelling the world (the best way to find myself is to get lost in the wilderness)

Ø Living on my own

Ø Making decisions

Ø Going through my challenges, adversities, obstacles, projects, opportunities, adventures, lessons, set-backs, cross roads, discouragements, impossibilities, learning experiences, struggles, mistakes, situations, issues, objectives, tasks, personal learning, circumstances

Ø My every encounter with people

Ø Learning from my mistakes (?)

Ø Really Getting to the very bottom of my pain and really feeling it/experiencing it

Ø Isolation

Ø Money Building Dream

Ø Solving, Looking for solutions

Ø  Feelings, Emotions, Love

Ø  Getting to a crying, weeping stage (for good reasons and the rest)

Ø  Faith without a Deed and a Patience is DEAD

Ø  My Family

Ø  My Purpose of Living

Ø  My own very struggles…

Ø  And more…?!

Life Lessons

Health:

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured and processed.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
5. Make time to pray.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books.
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes' walk daily. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:

Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control.
Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
Don't overdo. Keep your limits.
Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
Dream more while you are awake.
Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with His/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
Smile ~ Laugh ~ Play and Love more.
You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

Society:

Call your family often.
Each day give something good to others.
Forgive everyone for everything.
Spend time w/ people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
Try to make at least three people smile each day.
What other people think of you is none of your business.
Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

Life:

Do the right thing!
Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
GOD heals everything.
However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
The best is yet to come.
When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.

Quotations

Quotations

Here are a couple of Quotations I thought YOU might find interesting….. (-:  ;-)

v  Love the Chinese proverb, "The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it."

v  To laugh often and much; To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; To earn the approbation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; To appreciate beauty; To find the best in others; To give of one's self; To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; To have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived - This is to have succeeded.
Ralph Waldo Emerson : American transcendentalist philosopher, essayist & lecturer (1803 - 1882)

v  "We can let circumstances rule us, or we can take charge and rule our lives from within." Earl Nightingale: was an American motivational speaker and author

v  "The best thing to give to your enemy is forgiveness;
to an opponent, tolerance; to a friend, your heart; to your child, a good example; to a father, deference; to your mother, conduct that will make her proud of you; to yourself, respect; to all men, charity."
Benjamin Franklin: Founding Father of the United States of America

Inspiration
by Marianne Williamson in “A Return To Love”
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear
is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I
to be brilliant and gorgeous,
talented and fabulous?
Actually who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people
won’t feel insecure around you.
We are meant to shine as children do.
We were born to make
 manifest
the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some of us: it’s in everyone.
And, as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

v  "Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but
by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage
with which you have maintained the struggle against
overwhelming odds."  ~Orison Swett Marden

v
"If you see it, touch it.
If you touch it, feel it.
If you feel it, love it.
If you love it...Give it."

v  There are some days when I think I'm going to die from an overdose of satisfaction. - Salvador Dali

v  Living in the present vs. Past or Future
Feeling Good vs. Feeling Bad
Spirit vs. Ego
Clarity vs. Confusion
Surrender vs. Control
Momentum vs. Stuck
Abundance vs. Scarcity
Accepting vs. Resisting
Peace vs. Stress
Powerful vs. Helpless
Freedom vs. Restriction
Evolving vs. Stagnating

v  How can you fly? You create your own wings! How can you create your own wings? Keep dreaming and dreaming and dreaming!

v  In order for you to create anything in your life, you must first dream or imagine it. Whether you are aware of it or not, you constantly use your imagination. You either continually ‘awfulize’ and ‘catastophize’ and dream up your worst nightmares through worry, fear and anger. Or you use your imagination to aspire to the highest of your potential through faith, hope, love and dreaming big.

v  Since you are always imagining or dreaming about something, why not make it a dream that is truly big, worthwhile and of greatest value to you and to others.

v  “Our beginnings never know our ends.” —T.S. Eliot

v  You get to choose what you focus on and what you get in life. You choose whether you learn to glide and fly or whether you struggle and crawl through life! You get to create your own wings or your own crutches! And the real “neat” thing about all this is that once you learn to fly you learn that, “the sky is no longer the limit,” only YOU were!

v  {The Notebook} The best love is the kind that awakens the soul; that makes us reach for more, that plants the fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds. That’s what I hope to give you forever.

v  "One hour per day of study will put you at the top of your
field within three years. Within five years you'll be a
national authority. In seven years, you can be one of the
best people in the world at what you do."
Earl Nightingale: Was a motivational author and speaker

YEP! Sometimes you’ve just gotta… take a break!?!

YEP! Sometimes you’ve just gotta… take a break!?!

Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.~ Lao Tzu

How does it get any better than this?!

Relax :-)

To surrender.

And to let go then!

We are all humans. We are not machines. We make mistakes. We regret. We may say things that would be better off left unsaid. We may do things that would be better off left undone. We get stressed. We get tired. We get frustrated. We get overwhelmed and confused. We get angry. We get upset, mad, crazy and miserable. We get sad and lonely. We may miss someone and get homesick. We may fall ill. We can be moody and irritated. We are busy and exhausted. We may be needy and clingy and negative, and pessimistic.

Are we honest and frank? Our lives may be rollercoasters. We have been trying and trying, perhaps struggling, pulling, pushing and breaking, moving and shaking, working and sweating, crying, wishing, hoping, praying and maybe dreaming, too!

You are stuck and you cannot move forward!

It feels (or it may feel) as if you have exhausted all the options, nothing else is left to use, to help you move forward. It seems like a daunting task. It sounds like a rocket science to us!

That's denial and misses the crucial point that the feelings is where the authentic power is and that our strength, in fact, lies in our vulnerability and our willingness to show up as fully human.

Are we brave enough, daring enough, strong and bold and cold? And Yes, people do change!

"You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be."

Yet still…

The point is in trying a little harder, trying again and trying a little more. PUSHing a just little more. One more time. And more. And again. And more again! And better!

The point is in NOT giving up, in keeping on keeping on.

The point is in Seeing another door, just one more window open to us.

The point is in knowing that NOTHING changes UNLESS you DO!!

Tomorrow is a new day. A new fresh start. A new brand beginning. A new chance. A new opportunity for us to pursue! Another choice!

Use it, challenge it, go ahead and go for it! Do it! No more wasting any moment, nor even a minute!

EVERY SITUATION IS A POSITIVE SITUATION IF VIEWED AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH AND A SELF-MASTERY !!

What is your take on today on this topic?

What is the point we should take with us?

I wish all of us the BEST of LUCK in everything we do!!

THE 80/20 RULE

THE 80/20 RULE

Are you happy?!?

Definition of '80-20 Rule'

A rule of thumb that states that 80% of outcomes can be attributed to 20% of the causes for a given event.

In many work environments, over 80% of job success may be about the ability to develop and sustain relationships, and the other 20% is skill.

The 80:20 rule can be applied to anything.

Pareto Principle

Pareto long ago advocated that 80% of the world’s wealth was controlled by 20% of the world’s population.

Pareto’s theory has been expanded and proved throughout all aspects of sport, business and life.

v  20% of input (time, resources, efforts, actions) accounts for 80% of output/outcome (results, rewards, benefits).

v  80% of consequences/effects flow from 20% of causes.

v  20% of everything you do is responsible for 80% of your successes.

v  80% of your physical results will come from your nutrition.

v  20% of your physical results will come from exercise.

v  You wear 20% of your clothes 80% of the time.

v  A business earns 80% of its sales from 20% of its customers.

v  You spend 80% of your time with 20% of your friends.

v  You use 20% of your possessions 80% of the time.

Progress means moving resources from low-value to high-value uses.

GOOD LUCK J
