Have you ever had cold hands?

Then, you will most probably understand.

My hands can get cold at times, quite often, frankly.

And my heart stays warm for as long as I can remember.

We can do certain things in order to avoid having our hands cold.

And we can, also, do certain things in order to keep our heart always to be warm.

We can turn on the heating.

We can have a warm drink.

We can go and exercise.

And our hands our turning nice and warm and cosy.

We can be generous.

We can be happy.

We can be helpful.

We can be loving.

We can be caring.

We can be kind.

We can be giving.

We can be honest with others and ourselves.

We can be forgiving.

We can be open.

We can just be warm people.

We can lucky people.

Can you spot any difference between the two groups / categories?

And the best thing about all this is that we can do it right here and right now!

So, what are we waiting for? If not now, when? If not us, who, then?

Ups and downs of life. We all know them. We have all been there, we have all done that.

One day we feel at the top of the mountain.

And the next day we feel sad, lonely, alone, depressed, stressed out, lost, bored, etc.

Do we have the power inside us to change that from one minute to the next one?

If so, how would we do that? Would we concentrate on our achievements already accomplished, would we think of our loved ones, of people who really and truly care about us and love us?

What if there are no many things like these to think of and about?

Some may say we have all done something nice, we have all that special someone in our life? But is that really the case?

Perhaps we can go back to our childhood, or even earlier times and periods in and of our life?

Time is precious. Time is here and now. Time never stops. Time never looks back. What we do with it is totally and absolutely up to us!

Would you cross the same river twice? Is there or would there be something that might change your mind? Your opinion on this? What would that be? Who would that be?

They also say, do not do things to others that you do not want them to do onto you! Easily said, and perhaps even easily done. We are all different. We all have different experiences and good times and not such good times in our lives!!

Maybe we can state our priorities. What we wholeheartly believe in, for example our health, great relationships, art, etc. etc.

There is no doubt, we are still work in progress, we will most probably be making mistakes, from which we can learn! We will still try and see and wait and try some more and then see some more.....
