What is the best thing to do to stay healthy?
What do you think the worst disease to have would be?
Do you consider yourself to be healthy? Why?
How often do you exercise?
What is your diet like? Do you eat mostly fruits and vegetables?
What do you think about the health care system in your country? How could it be improved?
People are living longer and longer thanks to medicine. How long would you like to live? How about forever?
Are there any diseases like small pox that you think humans could totally get rid of if we tried?
Where do you think the future of medicine will be? Genetics? Cybernetics? Chemistry?
Would you like to get your genome sequenced?
If you could find out that you were at risk to get a certain disease, would you want to know?

Health is wealth!

Where would we be without our health!!

Most of us would like to live longer, to enjoy our children, to enjoy our friends, to spend the best time ever with our loved ones, to work on our passions, to create something magical, to have fun, to love a lot, to laugh so much, to taste anything and everything delicious and fabulous, to listen to our favourite music, to read our favourite books and poetry, to play with our pets, to swim in the lakes and oceans, to witness the beauty of our nature, of the sunset, of the sunrise, to hear the birds singing, to feel the touch of our beloved one, to taste their skin, their mouth, to be loved and love in return, to immerse ourselves in a sweet love-making, etc. etc.

We can do quite a lot for our health:
we can relax,
we can eat healthily,
we can exercise,
we can improve our imagination,
we can interact with other like minded people,
we can engage in love with our loved one,
we can create something with our mind,
we can learn anything new,
we can discover, explore, invent something!
