believe eating healthy food along with doing exercises and having
close and loving relationships play an important role in our life and

love food and I enjoy cooking and eating and mixing ingredients.

I
would say every doctor could recommend some food that we should
difinitely eat. To some of us, we may not like some food because for
some reason it is not our 'cup of tea'! Even some food that does good
to others, may represent some sort of harm to us. We can learn this
by experience, of course.
