Neighborhoods

Neighborhoods

Did you like the neighborhood where you grew up?
Where is the best place to eat in your city?
Where is there a lot of crime in your city?
What is the worst thing a neighborhood can have?
Where is the best place to shop in your city?
What did you think about your neighbors when you were growing up? Did you have any weird or odd neighbors?
What did you like most about the neighborhood you grew up in?
What kind of neighborhood do you want to raise your children in?
Do you think it should be the government’s responsibility to clean up neighborhoods or are the people in the neighborhood responsible for cleaning it up? What will neighborhoods be like in the future?
Do you think neighborhoods are more, or less, friendly these days?

Unless we live on an island, we are more than likely surrounded by neighbors. Living in a neighborhood. During our lifetime, we may have lived in many neighborhoods, some good ones and some not so good ones!

There is a neighbor next to us on the left and there might be a neighbor next to us on the right, even in front of us and behind us, as well!
How do we get on with each other?
Are we being helpful to them?
And are they being kind and nice and polite to us?

We are going to spend years and years living alongside each other, and we are going to be talking to them for years to come and to one another, in our neighbourhood!

We may even become best of the friends!
We can even help each other with children, to arrange play dates and sleep over nights!
We can always ask for a bit of salt or some milk, if the relationship between one neighbor and another neighbor is strong enough!

Can you recall you dream-like neighbor?
Can you remember your nightmare neighbor?
What did or have you learnt from both of them?

Have your children become and made friends with your neighbor children/kinds?
What else can we add or contribute to our neighborhood we live in?

Thank you for reading and your time!!!!!!!
