we may get bored by them.

they become a necessary part of our day to day activities.

How

Especially
children need a routine, a regime, a planning, a schedule, a
guidance.
And
adults are not an exception!
We
may feel safer just by knowing there are certain rules to follow and
then know the exact outcome once we follow them!
We
may even know almost for sure what we might be doing the next day as
long as we tick the boxes off our plan!
