What are some things you do every day?
What are some good habits you have?

Can your group give you any advice for your bad habits?
What is something you should do every day but don’t?
What are some activities you like to do?
How much do you exercise every week?
What is a successful life? What habits should you have to have a successful life?
What three habits will improve your life?
What are some habits that can improve your English ability?
What is something you do about once a week, month or year?


We do things every day.
Habits that we practise daily.
Be it good or be it not so good!

Something that turns into a routine.
Sometimes we may get bored by them.
Sometimes they become a necessary part of our day to day activities.

Some habits we might want to get rid of!
Some habits we might want to do more of!
How is it for you?

Especially children need a routine, a regime, a planning, a schedule, a guidance.
And adults are not an exception!

We may feel safer just by knowing there are certain rules to follow and then know the exact outcome once we follow them!
We may even know almost for sure what we might be doing the next day as long as we tick the boxes off our plan!
