What is your face telling about yourself?

What is your face telling about yourself?

Are you smiling?

Are you frowning?

Are you feeling happy?

Are you feeling sad?

Are you feeling disappointed?

Are you feeling dissatisfied?

Is your face showing unhappiness?

Are you feeling angry?

Are you feeling upset?

Are you feeling joyful?

Have you been crying?

Are you laughing now?

Are you feeling satisfaction?

Are you experiencing love?

Are you feeling in love?

Everything…

… from every moment, every memory, every chance encounter, every dialogue, every action, every decision, every monologue, every speech, every experience (good and bad), every meeting, every talk, every chat, every song sung, every decision, every smell, every taste, every book,  every sight, every touch, every negative feeling, every single positive feeling, every joy, every dream, every sorrow, every happiness, every sadness, every cry, every tear ever fallen down your face, every cheer, every smile, every story ever told, every laugh, every drop of sweat, to every kiss, every note ever taken and written, everything has been showing their true colours on your face.

Compare the face of an innocent, young child to the person of maturity, learning, stories, gained knowledge and experience.

Every line on our face tells of a story. The thoughts we hold in our minds on a constant day to day basis have been written and carved onto our face.

There are the lines on our forehead, the lines around our eyes, and also the lines around our mouths. They all tell a story. They all tell the different story.  There is a meaning behind every single one of them.

What are your lines telling you? What is your face showing off? Are those mostly the lines of cheer, laugh and happiness? Or are they representing more or less signs of sadness, disappointment, crying, too much thinking happening too way often, love, passion, courage, strength, or weakness, illness, pain, emptiness, loneliness, worry, etc.

As I have mentioned earlier in one of my previous blogs' entries, we are creatures of a habit. That which we do constantly, day to day, without any thinking on our part, without our realization, without putting any thoughts into an action whatsoever, that all also applies to our innermost deeper way of thinking.

What is running inside our heads, what is leading our minds, what kind of thoughts have we been playing with mostly lately? Are we visualizing ourselves that all is happening only for our good, are we seeing creating and becoming and coming true and real all our dreams and visions and aspirations? Are we seeing the best in people, the best in every situation, every circumstances, are we looking for the clues that shape our lives, are we learning our lessons along the way, are we being an inspiration to others. Have we ourselves been improving daily and becoming the better versions of ourselves from the one we were the day before? Are we constantly learning? Are we exercising the willpower of ours?

Are we challenging ourselves in all and every aspects of our life? What are we becoming along the way? What does matter most to you? Where you put most of your attention?  What does interest you the most? What does interest you the least? Who matters the most to you? Do they know that? Have you told them recently?

Are you seeing yourself as a successful and an accomplished person, a winner, a success, a leader, a teacher, a mentor, a coach, an example?

Or are you mostly seeing yourself as someone who does not seem to win as often as wished, someone who does not finish a task, who procrastinate all the time, someone who never seem to pull off any task to completion, someone who is constantly looking for mistakes and faults in yourself and others, someone who considers the world and everything in it just the waste of time, waste of people, waste of space, someone who thinks of his existence as of a mistake, someone who sees this and every space as a hostile place to be, to live, to breathe in.

Have you been competing with the world around you, with the people in it?

Have you been in a competition with others or are you rather the one who prefers collaborating with everyone, anyone, in the world?

Or are you more of a competitor to yourself and your abilities?

Are you being powerful sort of machine-person, or are you sabotaging yourself in any way possible? Why, in the world, would you do such a thing to yourself, and others, for that matter?

Are you concentrating on things that you want, that you can do, that you can achieve, that you can see becoming reality OR are you constantly in a downward spiral, focusing on the very things that did not work out for you, that you cannot accomplish, that are not working, that stink, that are not supposed to become real, at all?

We have an incredible amount of thoughts running through our mind every single day.

However, we human are capable of holding only one thought at a time. So why not make it a positive one, why not make it a good one, why not make it the one that changes everything? Because really, why not, if we are able of this and that and even more if we only believed in ourselves just a little bit more!

We cannot change a person. We only can change ourselves. And as soon as we change ourselves we will see differently the world around us, the people around us and then and only then the people’s behaviours will also appear differently to us.

Learn to accept the things we cannot change.

Live with those things that we can influence, we can change and have an impact on.

We cannot change the past.

We cannot change the weather.

We cannot change other people’s reactions to us.

The timing may never seem perfect. Now is the perfect time.

So I say Go For It!!!
