We all need someone to lean on.

We all need someone to count on.

We all need someone to reach out to.

We all need someone to touch on.

We all need someone to talk to.

We all need someone to speak with.

We all need someone to chat to.

We all need someone to hold on to.

We all need someone to help out with.

We all need someone to provide a help to.

We all need someone to sleep with.

We all need someone to give a kiss to.

We all need someone to snuggle up with.

We all need someone to give a hug to.

We all need someone to  cuddle with.

We all need someone to spoon with.

We all need someone to help us carry on.

We all need someone' s shoulder to cry on.


How far would you have to go in order to realize the fact of needing someone?

How far would that have to go and reach you in order for it to reach your home?



How many ego trip(s) would it take for you in order to ask, to reach out, to get a feedback back from someone, to find an eternal happiness?

How would you feel knowing that someone dear and close to you is unreachable?

How and when do you know that it is worth fighting for and when and how do you know it would be better off left alone and let go?

Would the fact of losing someone do it for you?

Would you require an emotional break from each other in order to change the situation for yourself?

Sometimes, from time to time, we need some personal space, we need more time.

We are not islands, we need each other, we need one another.


What kind of/sort of person are you?

In order for yourself to feel love, to feel being loved, to feel being in love, would you require to be touched, stroked, cared of, told to, being given gifts/presents to, being taken away on romantic trips, or all of the above combined?

Can you be appreciative of what has been given to you already?

Can you be grateful for what has been given to you already?

How low do you need to go?

How high do you need to go?


The funny thing about people is that they sometimes realize what they should realize in the first place, quite later on, quite late, in their life.

What to do to prevent this from happening again?

What ways can you use to help yourself out to get back in touch, to get back in contact with people?

What would make you decide?

What decisions would you need to make?

What sort of people would you try to contact?

Where would you go to think, to unwind, to chill, to relax, to listen, to hear for, to pay attention to, to watch out for, etc.?

How many seconds would it take for you to realize to value, to appreciate, to be grateful for, to cherish, to be satisfied with, to be happy with the fact of having someone in your very own life?


How many minutes would it take for you to realize to value, to appreciate, to be grateful for, to cherish, to be satisfied with, to be happy with the fact of having someone in your very own life?


How many days would it take for you to realize to value, to appreciate, to be grateful for, to cherish, to be satisfied with, to be happy with the fact of having someone in your very own life?

How many hours weeks would it take for you to realize to value, to appreciate, to be grateful for, to cherish, to be satisfied with, to be happy with the fact of having someone in your very own life?

How many months would it take for you to realize to value, to appreciate, to be grateful for, to cherish, to be satisfied with, to be happy with the fact of having someone in your very own life?

How many years would it take for you to realize to value, to appreciate, to be grateful for, to cherish, to be satisfied with, to be happy with the fact of having someone in your very own life?


What steps would you take in order to come back to the centre again?

What words would you use in order to pursue the person of your heart of your actions, of your feelings?

What action steps would you take in order to swept the other person off their feet?

What gifts would you give to the person of your choice in order to let them know about you and your feelings toward them?

What touches would you give and use to the person of your choice in order to let them know about you and your feelings toward them?

Is there such a thing as a long term distance love? Could this work? If so, what are the main reasons? Have you had any experiences with that sort of relationship?

Would you recommend it? Would you suggest it? Would you prevent it from ever happening? Would you appreciate it? Would you approve of it? Would you strongly discourage people of ever falling into it?

Mental VACATION!!!








We all need one.

We all experience the agony of not having one.

We all experience the pain of having none of that.


Have a Mental vacation without the thoughts of working.

Have a Mental vacation without the need of using the computer.

Have a Mental vacation without the need of stressing over anything.

Have a Mental vacation without the need of waking up on time every morning.


Can we do that?

Can we experience that?

Can we enjoy it from time to time if we really wanted it?


How to go about having one when you needed it most?

How to go about delaying all the stresses out of your life for the time being?

How to go about admitting yourself and perhaps others that we do really need one?

Take absolutely NOTHING for Granted!!!!








Everyone can experience feelings of frustration, feelings of disappointment, feelings of sadness, feelings of loneliness, feelings of overwhelm, feelings of stress, etc. etc.


What do you do in those moments?

How do you cope on?

How do you deal with it?

How are you getting along with the realities of life?

How are you solving your challenges thrown in your way on your path?

Take what you have with where you are with the resources available to you and do your very best with the mix of it all!

Never ever give up!!

As you think so you create!



How about is it in the area of your relationships?

·        Is everything working there as you would like it to do?


·        How can you improve on this one?

·         Are you taking the people close to you, near to you, sweet to you, dear to you, your very loved one, for granted?


·        Do they know about how you feel about them?


·        Have you told them recently?


·        Have you showed them?


·        Have you given them what they need and want and crave for and are hungry for?


·        Do you feel they are going to be there for you again tomorrow? Think again!

·        Have you been studying and learning and reading books about health and all health related issues?

·        What is your greater purpose, what is your greater reason, what is your greater goal, what is your greater passion, what is your greater belief?


·        Can there be anything added by you in this area?


Things, people, places, the circumstances we so take lightly and for granted may not be here tomorrow. Think twice before considering them, before thinking of and about them, before appreciating them, before speaking about and with them, giving them gifts and receiving gifts from them as well.

Appreciating small and little things, acknowledging people and persons who could have never been able to repay you, being grateful for your health, for all your relationships, for your position, for the house you live in, for the surroundings around you, for the neighbourhood, for the food, for the meals and drinks, for the church you attend to, for all the groups you are involved in, etc. etc. is the mastery of your life, as said and written in my humble opinion.
