sadness, feelings of loneliness, feelings of overwhelm, feelings of stress,

solving your challenges thrown in your way on your path?
Take what
you have with where you are with the resources available to you and do your
very best with the mix of it all!

Things,
people, places, the circumstances we so take lightly and for granted may not be
here tomorrow. Think twice before considering them, before thinking of and
about them, before appreciating them, before speaking about and with them, giving
them gifts and receiving gifts from them as well.
Appreciating
small and little things, acknowledging people and persons who could have never
been able to repay you, being grateful for your health, for all your
relationships, for your position, for the house you live in, for the
surroundings around you, for the neighbourhood, for the food, for the meals
and drinks, for the church you attend to, for all the groups you are involved
in, etc. etc. is the mastery of your life, as said and written in my humble
opinion.
