Take absolutely NOTHING for Granted!!!!








Everyone can experience feelings of frustration, feelings of disappointment, feelings of sadness, feelings of loneliness, feelings of overwhelm, feelings of stress, etc. etc.


What do you do in those moments?

How do you cope on?

How do you deal with it?

How are you getting along with the realities of life?

How are you solving your challenges thrown in your way on your path?

Take what you have with where you are with the resources available to you and do your very best with the mix of it all!

Never ever give up!!

As you think so you create!



How about is it in the area of your relationships?

·        Is everything working there as you would like it to do?


·        How can you improve on this one?

·         Are you taking the people close to you, near to you, sweet to you, dear to you, your very loved one, for granted?


·        Do they know about how you feel about them?


·        Have you told them recently?


·        Have you showed them?


·        Have you given them what they need and want and crave for and are hungry for?


·        Do you feel they are going to be there for you again tomorrow? Think again!


·        Have you touched them recently? Have you kissed them, have you hugged them, have you embrace them, have you pat them, have you soothe them, have you rock them, have you really listened to them, have you stroked them?


How about is it in the area of your health?

·        What chance is there you are going to be here again tomorrow?

·        Have you been exercising regularly and properly and daily?

·        Have you been practising yoga?

·        Have you been doing breathing exercises?

·        Have you been enjoying a great health?


How about is it in the area of your happiness?

·        Are you happy?

·        What are your thoughts you hold on a daily basis telling you about yourself?

·        How is your mind – body connection?

·        Are you feeling satisfied?

·        Are you smiling daily?

·        Are you laughing daily?

·        Are you in love with yourself?

·        Are you enjoying your very own company?



How about is it in the area of your family?


·        Have you been in touch with your family?


·        Have you been in contact with your family?


·        How is your relationship with your mother?


·        How is your relationship with your father?


·        How is your relationship with your siblings?


·        Are they your main priority in life?


·        Do they know about how you feel about them?



How about is it in the area of your friends?


·        How many friends do you have in your life?

·        How many real and true friends do you have in your life who you can count on?

·        How you keep in contact with them?

·        Do you meet regularly?

·        Do you share ideas, joys and sorrow of life?

·        Do you have your own master - mind group that you attend to on a regular basis? Who do they consist of?

·        How are you all getting on?

·        What are your common goals?

·        What are your common hobbies?

·        Where do you feel you are different from them, if in any way?


How about is it in the area of your fitness?


·        How is your fitness level?

·        Have you seen a doctor recently, if needed?

·        Have you been eating healthily?

·        Have you been looking after your body appropriately?

·        Have you been interested in health in general?

·        Have you been studying and learning and reading books about health and all health related issues?


How about is it in the area of your personal development?


·        Have you been on a personal journey yourself? How is that working for you?


·        How long have you been learning about yourself?


·        Have you been attending to seminars?


·        Have you been reading personal development books a lot?


·        Have you been listening to tapes and audios a lot?


·        Have you been watching education videos a lot?

·        Have you been meeting like – minded, interesting, fun, goal oriented people?

·        Have you been listening to people?

·        Have you been talking to people?

·        Have you been surround yourself by the people who inspire you, motivate you, love you, admire you, see you as success, people who care for and about you?

·        Is there a thing or two you can appreciate more and improve on?



How about is it in the area of your work related issues?


·        Are you doing what you love?


·        Are you enjoying a job you are currently in?


·        Are you your own boss?


·        Do you have colleges you get on well with?


·        How are you working hours?


·        How do you feel on Mondays?


·        How do you feel at the end of the weekend?


·        What thought are running through your mind, through your head every single morning before and right after awakening?


·        Any chances you could make for yourself in this very important area?


How about is it in the area of your personal inner peace?


·        Are you at peace with yourself?


·        Do you practice meditation?


·        Do you attend any groups?


·        Are you a member of anything?


·        Have you been volunteering your time and resources?


·        Have you been giving away of yourself as well as receiving?


·        Have you been contributing regularly?


·        What is your greater purpose, what is your greater reason, what is your greater goal, what is your greater passion, what is your greater belief?


·        Can there be anything added by you in this area?


Things, people, places, the circumstances we so take lightly and for granted may not be here tomorrow. Think twice before considering them, before thinking of and about them, before appreciating them, before speaking about and with them, giving them gifts and receiving gifts from them as well.

Appreciating small and little things, acknowledging people and persons who could have never been able to repay you, being grateful for your health, for all your relationships, for your position, for the house you live in, for the surroundings around you, for the neighbourhood, for the food, for the meals and drinks, for the church you attend to, for all the groups you are involved in, etc. etc. is the mastery of your life, as said and written in my humble opinion.
