After the storm has passed.


What would you do?
What would you say?
Where would you go?
Who would you talk to?
What would you think about?
What would you dream about?
What would you plan on?

After the situation you have been dreading to go through.
After something you have been worried about for so long and so much.

Taking the break.
Breath in.
Breath out.
Having a shower.
Going for a walk.
Pamper yourself.
Treat yourself.
Cook a delicious meal for yourself.
Make a surprise for yourself.
Give yourself as much time as you can.
Be patient with yourself.
Be gentle with yourself.
Be caring with yourself.
Be loving with yourself.
Be understanding with yourself.
Be open with yourself.
Be creative with yourself.

Whatever makes you feel safe.
Whatever makes you feel happy.
Whatever makes you feel 'at home'.
Do this and it will come back to you ten folds :)
