GRIT

GRIT

Grit is defined as ''perseverance and passion for long-term goals.''

And undoubtedly, it can be applied to about anyone and to about everything, anything under the Earth!

If someone is driven by a high level of passion combined with perseverance the results are almost sure to be satisfying. If the drive is unquestionably correct and feels right at the time of happening, the person could be looking forward to some nice surprises along the way.

I believe there are many things that can stir the person into the right direction that can bring long-term happiness, joy and stability. One has a reason to wake up to something that goes beyond his/her wild imagination. One has in mind things that only someone can dream of! One can feel the desire, the want, the passion and at the same time be sure of succeeding at the highest score!

The believe in oneself and the trust in our being, trust in our abilities and knowledge with experiences. Yet, the line can also seem so thin to some, that the goal may seem to be out of reach! That very person we like/adore and love to spend time/life with, that very skill we so wish to work on improving, that talent we keep on embracing, yet the results are still not coming, that very position that could turn our life upside down, yet it feels unattainable, and not even visible!

And the time is passing by, without letting us know, without telling us when it may be too late.. for all those dreams and passions we so want to achieve and want to have in our life! The minutes, after hours, after days, after weeks, after months, after years, after decades, just flowing like a river, like a gently swimming fish in the stream,... The question lies in when and from who to draw the right energy, the passion, the drive so we can persevere in finding and discovering our dreams and desires and then with no doubt and hesitation go after them with all that is inside of us!

The nature, that loving person who keeps reminding you how special and unique you really are, actually, that child that is totally dependable on you, that song that keeps you awake at night, that poem, that book that photography that is haunting you day in and day out. That stone that makes you regain your energy back up and running again, and more! Look for them, search them out, haunt them down if necessary and never give up. They may be closer than you even realize at this very moment. It is being said that best of the best things are those that are not planned, just happen, spontaneously. And I must say that I agree.. looking back, how many of them have happened to you without any plan at all, without any back-up plan if the plan #1 does not work out??

I trust and I would assume, there are many & many.... :-)

Thank you very much for reading!
