De-Cluttering (& You!)

De-Cluttering (& You!)

How do you feel when passing by a cluttered space, a place?

Ø  What does your working (office) environment look like?

Ø  What does your home (living) space look like? Is it friendly? Is it welcoming? Is it warm, clean, tidy, cosy? Is it light or dark? Is it fresh?  Does it feel comfortable to be there?

Ø  Do you have a sacred room, a corner to escape to?

Ø  Do you think it matters, affects the way you feel, react, act, view yourself?

De cluttering your mind

De cluttering your living / physical environment

De cluttering your social environment

Imagine walking in your office or home and the first thing that hits your eyes is a mess, and I mean, A BIG, HUGE MESS. Or some paperwork that you have been meaning to attend to, or letters, mail, correspondence that you have wanted to deal with for a very long time and read and go through, or gifts that you still need to unwrap or wrap, homework that need to be checked on or done or finished, or shopping list that need to be taken care of, or dishes that need to be washed, trashed that need to be emptied, shopping that need to be put away, ironing that NEEDS to be done, cleaning, hoovering, any housework, and plates still on the lying on the table and not to mention a dishwasher that ‘shouts’ to be unloaded, washing machine full (overflown) with clothes, dusting, shoes that need to be polished, books that must be read, mirror(s) that want to be shined, glasses that must be hand washed, a meal that MUST be finished, ect., etc.

Shall I continue more and carry on here?

THAT then has an implication on everything you do, say, feel. On a very subconscious mind level, that is.
It is a very clearing and liberating feeling once it is all done and accomplished. All else then will fall in its place. Beginning is half done. You feel as if breathing in a different air! It will surely and definitely make your day.

Do not take my word for it! Try it for yourself. Test it. Challenge it! And then let us know! J

Cluttered OUTSIDE means cluttered INSIDE !!

You have a choice and I say:
No but no, thanks!

Would you be interested in implementing some de-cluttering ideas?

Have you done it before?

What are your results?

Did something work / did not work for you? If so, what are those?

Please, share some of yours here with others. Much appreciated! Thank you!!
