Ø You enquire more stillness, stability from others => show how you yourself are more peaceful and quiet to them first!!

Ø You enquire more openness from others => show how you yourself are more open and honest to them first!!

Ø You enquire more fairness from others => show how you yourself are more fair to them first!!

Ø You enquire more leadership, initiative, ambition, willingness, appreciation from others => show how you yourself possess all those qualities (and more!) more often to them first!!
