Do not WORRY, Be HAPPY! :-)

Do not WORRY, Be HAPPY! J

Or else in other words ‘I have seen the end and it is all going to turn out just alright!’ ;-)

Are you happy?

Or Are you worried?

Do you worry often?

Do exactly that very thing which you do want to do THE VERY LEAST! There, exactly there (!) is the greatest learning experience / a lesson.

We so often worry too much about things when eventually most of them rarely ever even happen!

So what is the point in worrying then??

ü  If you don’t feel like dancing – DANCE!

ü  If you don’t feel like cooking – COOK!

ü  If you feel inferior – PUT ON AND WEAR YOUR BEST CLOTHES!

ü  If you feel like staying in – GO OUT AND ENJOY YOURSELF!

ü  If you feel like watching TV – DO EXERCISES INSTEAD!

ü  If you feel like indulging in food – DRINK WATER AND BREATHE CORRECTLY!

ü  If you feel like feeling sorry for yourself – CELEBRATE YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS!!!!!!!

ü  If you feel like being alone – GET A FRIEND TO LISTEN TO YOU!

ü  If you feel like being sad, angry & frowning – SMILE, SMILE & SMILE EVEN MORE! J

ü  If you feel like going on shopping spree and spending money – OPEN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT!!

ü  If you feel like crying – LAUGH OUT LOUD! LOL

ü  If you feel like not having enough – VOLUNTEER AND HELP SOMEONE ELSE IN NEED!

ü  If you feel like not being loved and adored and cherished – GIVE SOMEONE A HUG!!

ü  If you feel like being sick and ill and tired/weary– CRY / SCREAM / SHOUT OUT HEALTH AND WELLNESS AND HAPPINESS!

ü  If you feel discouraged – ENCOURAGE YOUR MATE / FRIEND / WHOEVER!!

ü  If you feel like talking too much – TRY LISTENING TWICE AS MUCH!

ü  If you feel self-pity for yourself – PRAISE THE ONE YOU WORSHIP!

Focus 20% on your problems and the 80% on the solutions, on solving them!

And remember: there is always a way. Always. You have been given a ‘problem’ AND you have also been given enough resources with which to use to go and help find a solution and solve it!
