Grooving
(on a Sunday afternoon)
Grooving.
One of my very favourite words in the whole vocabulary in the world!
Do you feel the same way? What would you say or use to express a good
feeling with? What sort of groovy music are you interested in dancing
to? What kind of groovy things would you like to do with the person
you like very much? When you are chilling out, relaxing, chillaxing.
When you are having the time of your life, when you are with your
favourite person, when you are at your favourite place, when you are
doing your favourite things. Any day of the week, through Monday till
Sunday. What would your day consist of when all you have to do is
grooving and grooving with your favourite person? To enjoy the
sunshine, the warmth of the sun, the warmth of your favourite
person's hands, the lightness of the day. The sweet fruits, and a
vegetable salad, healthy drinks. When you are just doing nothing,
enjoying the present moment, not thinking about the future, not be
held back by the past. Then you can sense and feel the fresh air in
your lungs and on your body. You lead a non demanding conversations,
you enjoy each other immensely. Where would you head out? Or would
you prefer stay in and try for babies? Would you be cooking together,
would you be creating something exciting together, or would you go
for a walk, would you go for a ride, would you go on a bike, what and
where would you go? What would you eat? I cannot stress enough the
importance of just simply chilling out, enjoy every moment, sense it
and feel it with all of your body, with all of our vibes. And what
about just staying in a bed, telling each other a story after story,
eat and have a breakfast, a lunch and a dinner and all the snacks in
between in a bed. Time is so precious, time goes so fast. All the
moments, all the seconds put together bring our life to a complete
circle, they make it whole. But the question lies in what are those
moments and seconds consisting of? For the most part, are you happy,
are you satisfied, are you sad, are you depressed, are you angry, are
you upset? What are you feeling while you are enjoying these days?
Are you missing something, are you missing somebody? Can you do
something about this? Are you having time, are you having a time of
your life? Is it still working or can something be done in order to
make it just a little bit better, just a little bit cheerful? When
can you go, when can you start and who can you ask for a help? When
was the last time you really stop what you were doing and dropped
everything and just enjoy the smell of the roses? If you love
something, set it on fire in the most beautiful way! When you really,
really want something, I am sure you will find a way to do so!
Everybody should have a time to rest, to relax, to be by yourself, to
have a space, to do things that make him or her whole and do things
that he or she enjoys, things that he or she can contribute to
society and help yourself while helping others, at the same time! May
we find the time to get to know ourselves, may we sleep a good sleep
today and the day after today and may we find the time for each
