a hot head/ a hot mind

a hot head/ a hot mind

If your mouth is open, you are not learning. LISTEN.
Every conversation has the potential to turn into an argument.
A talk should not be cheap!

A hot headed. A hot minded person.

When we get all caught up in the situation, where there seems to be no way to go to, to ask for a help, to think about the problem and think through the process.

To process the information, to take a deep breath, inhale and exhale, to stay and to keep calm, what would be the worst thing that could ever happen, etc.
To let go of the steam, to look for the lesson there, to teach yourself to be even more patient, to ask for an explanation, to process your thoughts and the information given to you.
It is up to us, it is in our hands!
To speak your mind in a way that let the other person know that you care, that you really care!
Sometimes, people can be very blind, blind to the truth, to the whole picture that is in front of them. They have problems and troubles on their know that they do not yet know how to handle them, how to really open up and tell about their feelings and emotions. So, then, they finally end up hurting others, hurting them in a sense of hurting themselves, hurting them while hurting themselves. What is the point?

Would not be better to be just a little bit more patient with people who can deserve our patience, just to be a little bit more loving and kind, and appreciative.

There is no energy for fighting, arguing, and so on. It is our responsibility to take charge of our life, and in our control, no outside help would useful, unless we do the work ourselves first! As simple or as difficult as it may sound.

All the small things matter. Take this or take that and see what a huge importance this could mean for someone or what a significant difference this could make in a someone's life. There is just so small that can be done to make a massive impression and leave a loving experience on someone's journey.
