Beautiful Senses...


You have 5 senses – sight, smell, sound, taste and touch. Each one of them is really important in your everyday life. You use at least one of your five senses every moment of every day and they are on duty even when you are asleep! Your senses work together to let your brain know what is going on around you. They help to keep you safe by warning you of any danger.

Let's just speak a little bit about a beautiful sense, such as a touch!
To touch the person we love! To feel their soft skin, to kiss them with your lips, to taste them with your tongue.

And then, to smell the lovely smell of your beloved skin. To stop and smell the roses whenever and wherever you get a chance! The smell of flowers, the trees, the lovely smelling food, the fresh fruit juice, the strawberries just all picked from the forest, the cake you have just taken out from the oven, the smell of the nature, the stream, the fresh air, the sunshine on your body, the air right after a heavy rain, to take a walk in winter, with the snow on the ground and the sun in the sky!

To see the beauty around us, surrounding us everywhere we go! To notice the little things that may get lost in seeing them in the process otherwise.
To read a book that we have gotten so engaged into that it is hard for us to put it down!

To hear a voice of the loving person. To speak our mind whenever and wherever we feel it is appropriate and suitable, even vital!
To listen to music we adore, and we cannot stop listening to!

To taste the most delicious food in the world there is! Imagine that! The most tasty foods and drinks, the little special treats all in between all the yummy stuff!

As beautiful as all the senses – the touch, the smell, the taste, the sound, the sight!!
How amazing it that!!?

As long as there is a breath in your body, it is never too late to change your story.
