Highs and lows of temperatures.

Highs and lows of our moods.

Highs and lows of and in lives.

Where are you currently finding yourself in?

Or, where would you like to be, if you are currently not where you want to be? And what are you going to do or doing about this now?

Yesterday we might have felt not according to our plans. Yet, today it might be quite the oppposite! Why is that? What to do about this?

What can we possibly do when we feel high?

What can we possibly do when we feel low?

Spending time doing things we love.

Spending time with people who appreciate us and understand us.

Getting to know yourself as best as you can!

Enjoying every minute of our life here, on this planet.

Getting to know other people around us.

Trying new things.

Be adventerous.

Be and stay open.

Travel and explore and discover new places.

Learn and teach.

Show and tell.
