Aging
What
are some of the benefits of getting older?
Do
you think humans will ever be able to stop aging?
Is
aging more difficult for men or women? Why?
Which
celebrities have aged well?
Are
older people actually wiser?
What
kind of support should children give their aging parents?
How
long do you want to live?
Who
is the oldest person you know? How is their view of the world
different than yours?
How
are older people viewed in your country?
How
well do you relate to people who are 5 years younger than you? How
about 10 years younger?
How
do you feel?
Do
you feel older than your real age?
Or
do you feel younger than your real age?
Do
you feel more experienced as you get older?
Do
you feel more wiser as you get older?
Do
you feel more relaxed as you get older?
I
know a lot of people who are not looking forward to the 'old age'
time.
And,
of course, we have been trying so much to do in order to prevent it.
All
this wrinkles, etc. make us look so old, and even so used up!
Yet,
some people can still view aging as a sign of strength, experience,
knowledge, etc.
And
now, what about you?
Are
you doing any special things, anything in particular that could slow
down an aging process a little bit for you?
Or
have you been aging gracefully?
All
aspects and things can count in in the way if we are going to look
youthful or a bit worn out.
From
food, to eating habits and doing any kind of exercise. Relaxing,
reading, anything that feeds our body, mind, spirit, soul.
Emotional
health, phychological health, maturity, love and relationships,
friendships, children, our passion, the place where we live and where
we grew up in, and more!
Anything
that is benefical and anything that is not so much?
Please,
share below in the comments!! Much appreciated!!!!
Thank
you for reading and your time!!!!!
