How much has the fashion changed since you were a little boy or a little girl?

Why do you think, in your own opinion, it seems we are coming back to the past, in regads to fashion styles, fashion trends and a fashion in general?

Do you judge a person the first time you see them based on their fashion style, based on what they wear and what they have on them?

And if so, why is that?
