Lots
of times we may lose hope, we may feel out of sorts, out of sync, out
of energy, we may be hopeless and feel alone, out of touch with the
outside world, even with the inner one, too! Whatever activity that
gives us and brings us a piece of peace! Something that makes us feel
safe and loved, and appreciated, and teach us a lesson, makes us
comfortable in our own skin.

your soul in a person who brings up the best in you, who helps you
make you be a better person, makes you want to work on a better
